Hi, last week I made a call with a BT advisor with hopes to cancel my Big Sport aka TV & Entertainment package but continue receiving Broadband, it all went through according to her which is great.
My usual payments for Big Sport were £53.96.
I have been charged £40.03 for this months ‘Big Sport’ but i’ve cancelled it? So i wanted to know what this payment was for because it doesn’t specify next to it. Is it a cancellation fee?
