I have an default on my credit score for £25 monthly starting halfway though 2022 till to today but I don't have an account with bt and have had not had one for years now. I have tried to contact bt but can't cause I have no phone number or paper work to get though .I have tried to dispute it though credit karma because it really missing with my credit score. I don't know what to do how can I get this sorted out quickly coz it with the credit score I can't get any loans credit card or anything and it really get to me now
