I cancelled my BT account and it was due to cease on 6 July. Then the cease order got delayed to 3 August . The account is still active and I am still being billed, and even though BT credited me for the July bill, the next bill is still showing as being due 17 Aug. I have cancelled my direct debit and raised a complaint. The lady I speak to at BT every week said it was all ceased on 3 Aug, but the account is still live. Is there a BT person who could help please?
