Been trying to cancel my Broadband as the contract has now ended but can't do it online and been on hold for hours without getting through.
Such a poor service. Any advise on how best to get this resolved?
The only way to cancel is to call BT.
So it seems, and the hold music is enough to make you hang up. With the amount of time it takes to get through they should consider a welbeing podcast or audible book on how to be zen or anger management!
If you are going to move to another ISP that uses the Openreach network just contact your chosen ISP and they will arrange the move and inform BT.
