Hello, we currently pay for Netflix via BT ( it is added to our bill each month ) - can I delete the subscription online? - if so - how can I do it?

Did you subscribe to Netflix directly with BT, or was it with Netflix but with the payment option on your bill?

Many years ago we subscribed to Netflix directly with BT.
When I check the account on Netflix it says that the payments are "Billed through EE TV".

I've had a look on our Netflix on EE TV page, and that says that if it isn't part of an EE TV package and you are paying for it as an extra, you'll need to go to the Account section on www.netflix.com.
What charge on you seeing on your BT bill?

The charge I am seeing on my bill is under the section - TV & Entertainment - and the item has the heading - "Netflix - Standard: £10.99/month".

Is there no option at all to cancel in the Account section on the Netflix website? @David21
Have you had a look to see if there is an option to remove in your My BT account?

Checked my BT account where there is an option to manage the Netflix account. When I click on it I am taken to the Netflix website. Checking the Netflix website I can find an option to either change my plan or delete my membership.
I am assuming that when I delete my Netflix membership ( on the Netflix website ) the payments via my BT will automatically stop - am I correct?

That's right @David21. If the account is no longer active, it would also then stop the payments, as there isn't an account to be billed for.
