Hi all,
I recently joined BT and am having issues activating my BT ID.
I was asked to activate my BT ID via a link in an email. I did so but the link was expired.
The link brought me to a page, where it says that I can log into my account to request another link or activate my account online.
When I log into my account I get these 3 pieces of information:
> I still have an inactive account.
> "Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment"
> " We’re trying to fix the problem at the moment. Please come back later."
This has been like this for the last 6 hours.
So my issue is that I cannot get a new activation link nor do it via my BT account.
How do I resolve this?
