Hi can someone please help me.
I have received my 'You can now claim your GBP 50 BT Digital Reward' but when I log in there is no claim button. It might be because I have an older BT account and a new BT account. The older has not been used for a number of years. I have tried the direct links in other messages on the community board but they do not work for me either.

Try billing message and they should be able to help and at least remove old account. https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
In case your are not, you have to be out of the 14 day cooling off period before you can claim.

I finally got through to the Messaging service. Last night was a 24 minute wait and then it had an error. This afternoon it was only a few minutes. They have claimed the reward. I am meant to get another email with more information within 7 days. Fingers crossed.
