I've just renewed my Fibre Broadband package. I downloaded a PDF of the order. The order says it has sent a confirmation email to an address I haven't used for about 10-years. If I log into MyBT, that particular email address is nowhere to be seen. If I try to change any of my contact details, the site says there is a problem and to try again later. I would also like to change my username and password, but it won't let me do that either.
I've had these problems for years. It started when I took on a BT Mobile package and they couldn't link it to my Braodband account because at the time, I was an employee. The BT Mobile is now with EE.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
