I cannot create a BT ID. I have tried numerous times over the course of a couple of months. This is clearly a problem that has existed for a couple of years, evidenced by numerous threads opened on the subject. I think it's pathetic that a company of this size cannot fix this issue. I am getting more than one bill per month and want to create an ID so I can view my bill to see why the hell I am getting more than one bill a month, but I can't because I can't create a BT ID because it keeps crapping out saying there's a technical issue - just like dozens of people have complained about.
