What's going on here? I just cannot log into MyBT
It wouldn't work , so I've just reset my password and that all seemed to work ok, but when I try logging in using said new password. Still doesn't work!!!!!!!!
Without giving out personal information on this publicly visible board I can't really give much more info.
So where do I get help from?

Try using a different browser and or try clearing the history and cookies from your browser.
If you are using a shortcut to get to the MyBT logon page you could try using the MyBT button at the top of this page in case there is an issue with the shortcut.
If none of the above resolve the problem you will need to call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 to see if they can help.
