Virtual reward card

Hi. I have recently joined with BT Broadband and I keep receiving emails that I can claim a virtual reward card but when I click the link nothing appears. Is there any further guidance or help on this please.

You need to be out of the 14 day cooling off period before you can claim.

If you are out of the 14 days you will need to call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 who should be able to help.
