Cannot place order for internet, Openreach has wrong address in database

Hello

 

My family have recently moved into a new flat but had their internet order cancelled because the address is wrong in the Openreach database. We are ripping our hair out to try and get this changed. Any help would be appreciated.  @DavidM @JohnC2

are you trying to place order with BT Retail or another ISP?

is address correct on royal mail database?
