My broadband package is due to end on 20th January but whenever I log onto the website to see the deals available to me, or to renew my package, it cannot show me my personalised deals (see image below). The chat function also doesn't work. I am currently abroad on holiday so cannot phone BT either.
Can anyone from BT help?
