Cant access my bt

Folks I cant access My Bt to view my Bill's, I have tried everything even new password,  its only letting me into my Bt mail not the Bill's section etc, anybody help? Thanks

Immediately you successfully login to your MyBT, you should see:

Yes but I cant even get successfully logged in that's the problem
