Re: Change account manager

If you do have Digital Voice, please read this https://community.bt.com/t5/Home-phone-including-Digital/Digital-Voice-FAQs/td-p/2207485

You can change 1571 settings to allow answerphone to take the call first.

You do not need any adapters.

Just plug the base station for your existing phone system, into the socket on the smart hub 2, or ask for a free digital voice adapter.

As @licquorice  has said, this is just a  public customer to customer help forum, and email addresses must not be shown.

Re: Change account manager

The info on the link says it should be possible to change account manager by going to “settings” in MyBT which I cannot locate on my screen. Do you know where it should be?

Re: Change account manager

Apparently, I should be able to obtain the role of Account Manager by going to "Settings" in MyBT, which should be a cog at top right. I cannot locate this on my screen. Can anyone help please?

Re: Change account manager

There is no 'Settings' cogwheel.

In MYBT, click on 'Your Details' and then the 'Account' tab. This will show your role. I have no idea if it will let you change the role as my role is 'Account Holder' rather than 'Account Manager' ,but I will be extremely surprised if it does.
