The parcel with the internet kit was sent by me back in March by Royal Mail, I have a receipt confirming the shipment.
I don't understand why I have to pay bill £50, if I did everything right.
Now I living abroad in Canada and can't call to BT.
What should I do?

@Maksym I'm sorry to see you're being charged for kit you've returned. The quickest way to get this resolved without calling in would be to use the message now option on this link and the billing team will be able to help you.
