I have been charged £50 for a smart hub, which I have returned to BT. The charge was on my bill 11.3.24 and I received an email from BT confirming that they had received the hub back on 6.3.24 and they would credit the next bill. I gave them until the next bill as the timing was close expecting the refund on my next bill. The bill from 11.4.24 contains no refund. Please can this be resolved. Many thanks.
