Claim Reward Card

Hi,

New to BT and keep receiving emails saying i have not claimed my digital £50 reward card - when i click on the link to do this it just takes me to my account and nothing else regarding this appears?

Does anyone know how I claim it?

A recent post from a moderator recommended to try this.

"If you message us from the Contact Us pages a guide will be able to help you with that"

Give that a try.
