Hi, I've recently ordered broadband from BT and have received an email saying I can now claim my £50 reward card. When I click on the link to log in there is nothing there on my account to claim. Can someone help please.
Has your 14 day cooling off period expired?
Hi, my service went live on the 2nd Sept. so I guess yes.
