Claiming Virtual Reward Card

How do I claim my Virtual Reward Card.  There's nothing on my homepage, and the link to claim that from your reminder email just takes me to the homepage

Sorry you're having problems claiming your reward card. Have you set up your BTID? Have all your orders closed?
