Claiming a Reward

Good afternoon

I am having trouble claiming the reward card for switching to BT.  I have the email, I click on the claim the reward button, that takes me to https://www.bt.com/manage/bt-reward-card/?s_cid=con_email_SKCI_$%7bTEMP_TemplateRef%7d_RewardCard which then just drops me at www.BT.com, with no obvious link to then click.

Can someone please advise me where I am going wrong or if there is a fault in the process?

I am sorry for the confusion on where to claim for your reward card for switching over.  For ease, here is the >> direct link where you can log in to claim for your reward card <<

Let me know how you get on with this and that you've been able to successfully claim for your reward 😀
