So I've seen a few other questions on here regarding compensation, and have found myself in a situation where my set up which was supposed to be set up 20th January 2023, was finally set up 22nd June. When looking at the amount I was due as compensation and refunding previous amounts taken I was due about £1200, however my bill today has shown a credit of about £400, so significantly less. I have an open complaint but financially I can't really wait until next billing period for the remaining amount. Looking at other cases on the forum I've seen some mods looking into cases like this and being able to apply amounts and wanted to see if that was possible in this case?
