We ordered upgrade to Halo in Dec. and still waiting for it to be fulfilled, i was told i would be compensated Line rental costs for the duration of the delay but this has not been applied to my bills. Anyone know what i am entitled to? thanks

You would need to wait until the service has been installed before any compensation would be credited.

That would count from the day you were promised activation.
What part hasn't be provided ? were you moving from copper (ADSL) to FTTC or FTTP ?
Halo gives extra benefits, automatic compensation is provided when a change of technology is done, upgrading to Halo on the same type of broadband doesn't fall into automatic compensation.
