After a long wait to have full fibre activated, I was told that I would receive compensation for the amount of time overdue within 30 days. However I have received nothing and it is over 30 days as my full fibre was activated in November.
Any idea, where I can get an answer to this?

I haven't rung the number yet. Unfortunately I spent the best part of a year on the phone to BT and I thought that was over when I got the full fibre enabled. I have to brace myself before starting it all over again!
