Disappointing call with BT today, I will be leaving them when contract ends.
Context: Recently upgraded my mesh system as their complete wifi is complete rubbish. My remote work circumstance changed so I need a stronger wifi system. I called to try and remove complete wifi as I just don’t need these awful discs anymore. The customer service person said this is impossible as I am in a contract and renting these devices.
Has anyone been in a similar position and found a way around this? I just want to remove complete wifi and keep BT as an ISP (thus reducing unnecessary fees on renting this unused discs).
