Why am I unable to leave BT? I’ve rang a month before to cancel at the end of my contract but that was up yesterday and yet the internet is still live. I’m out of contract now so I’ve cancelled the direct debit but when will they stop the service because I no longer require the service and am out of contract!?
I would suggest you phone CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and make sure your cancellation is happening? are you moving to another provider?

When you rang up, you would of been sent an email confirming you're ceasing your services, it will have the date of when the cease completes, what does yours show ?
