Complete WiFi query?

I am looking at joining BT but notice that the "complete WiFi" ensuring you recieve coverage in all rooms is an extra cost per month. This makes me wary. If I don't purchase this is it likely that my wifi connection will not be stable/ reliable across the house?

It all depends on the house and the construction of the walls. It shouldn't be any different to what you already have.
