I just received an email tosay that my broadband contract (FTTP 100 plus HALO) has expired but I don't need to do anything as my prices won't change. On MyBT it says that my broadband contract has expired but that I'm still in contract for the unlimited calls package. Is that possible?
I pay about £57 per month. Is it worth negotiating? I'm being offered lots of new things if I renew and upgrade but I just want the same package.

If you're happy with your broadband product you have two options
1. Do nothing and your service will continue as is (subject to annual increases)
2. Call the retentions team on 0800800030 and try to negotiate but beware they may try to sell you an upgrade.
