Thank you, that is really helpful, dose not have to be a cheap as new customers but I have been with them 20 years, so a bit of a deal would be great

As I previously said, you must compare like with like to get a true comparison. 

You may be met with stiff opposition to have Halo removed. Do not be put off. Be insistent and if need be tell them that if it is not removed you will move provider.
