Has anyone else had repeat charges of £12.00 added to their bill. I paid my bill today and my services were not connected after I paid in full and now have a random charge of £12.00 when I tried to complain about no service. Each time I query extra charges, they keep telling me they cannot remove it and keep fobbing me off! I feel like I am being singled out with lots of extra charges. They were overcharging me monthly until I finally had someone investigate and said I was overpaying. I am less than impressed with BT and wondering what I should do. I can only afford my bill and not an extra £12.00 a month especially for a service I am not getting!
