Hi we recently re-joined BT after leaving a number of years ago and when login into My BT it is showing our old account. when I go to my products it's saying we have no products as it's defaulting to the old account and won't let us select the new one so we can't access any settings relating to broadband, phone or call protect on the new account. Can someone please remove the old closed account from our My BT ID?

Call BT 0800.800.150 Billing and they should be able to do that for you.
@gg30340 I already did yesterday and the problem still persists. Instead of showing the old account number it now says Account 1 on the products page and SERVICE_USER on another page. I'd be grateful if a MOD could pick this up.
