I am trying to contact a human being, preferably an intelligent one, to enquire about my account/bill/tariff. Despite ALL My efforts - through "My BT" on the web site I finish up going round in ever decreasing circles. I would preferably like to discuss my queries through a chat facility. Can anyone please help me before I jump off a high building.
