when was activation as you need to wait until cooling off period expired
do you have more than 1 bt account?
you need to use laptop/pc to see content partners not app
I've checked the other posts, and the only solutions which were solved were done privately.
I have not activated it. The content partner section is not showing - I am viewing on a desktop browser.
I have two accounts with BT and I have the new account checked.
no when was your broadband activation date?
if you have more than 1 account then need to get old account removed so try CS 03301234150 or the billing team

Activation date was Friday 16th February.
This is a second account for second home, I cannot remove the first account.
Can this conversation be moved over to a private conversation, as requested?

if activation was only 16 Feb then you need to wait at least 14 days after activation for expiry of cooling off period
