Content Partner section - Xbox Game Pass

Received an email for 6-month xbox game pass. Content partner section not showing up to redeem.

Could I be contacted privately to discuss

there are numerous post like yours using search

when was activation as you need to wait until cooling off period expired

do you have more than 1 bt account?

you need to use laptop/pc to see content partners not app

I've checked the other posts, and the only solutions which were solved were done privately.

 

I have not activated it. The content partner section is not showing - I am viewing on a desktop browser. 

I have two accounts with BT and I have the new account checked.

no   when was your broadband activation date?

if you have more than 1 account then need to get old account removed so try CS 03301234150 or the billing team

Activation date was Friday 16th February. 

This is a second account for second home, I cannot remove the first account. 

Can this conversation be moved over to a private conversation, as requested?

this is a customer help customer forum  your posts do not go to BT

if activation was only 16 Feb then you need to wait at least 14 days after activation for expiry of cooling off period
