Content partners no longer appears in my account

I was going to check on my Game Pass subscription. This used to be in a section called "content partners" under "your products" but it's not there anymore. I've tried logging with various browsers but nothing works. Has anyone else had this issue and is there a fix?

Hey there @dazza76.

If you select Your Products and then choose either Broadband or TV, is this showing under 'Your Extras'?

Just contacted customer Servies.....again....and they were no more help than they have been the other times I've contacted them. I'm on Full Fibre 900 Halo 3 and there is no "content partners" section showing under "your products" in my account. All I could get out of customer services was that it would only show if it was an option in my package. Well it IS meant to be an option with my contract.

Just to be sure here @dazza76, what are you looking to do with this subscription?

Do you want to add it, cancel it, or just check on the status of things?

Also if you try to use the Game Pass service is this still working?

@Peter_W  Really just wanted to check it at this point. I was still able to use it last night. It's just not showing in my BT account.

That's good @dazza76, I'm glad this is still working for you. 

I've asked around to double check if this is viewable, and it definitely should be. 

They've recommended that if you can't see any details of the subscription our technical team should be able to raise a case to investigate this further.

@dazza76 It is one that would typically need further investigation, but they advised it's something we should definitely be able to look into.

It's worth checking your most recent bill to see if it's active on there as well, but for viewing it online it should be the tech helpdesk that can get this raised.
