Back in June 2025 we cancelled all BT services due to our move to digital with another supplier. Since then, BT continually bill us for services we no longer have. I have tried to resolve this at least 3 times, have raised a complaint and told it was resolved but still get a monthly bill and telephone demands for overdue payment. Is there anyone in BT who can resolve this once and for all? I must have spent hours, on the phone, talking to various people and listening to annoying hold music to no avail!!
