Contract change when moving to somewhere without full fibre.

I have full fibre but will be moving somewhere I can only get fibre essential. Can I downgrade my contract to only pay for what is available?

Hi @jj_123,

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting.

If you move to an address that doesn't have Full Fibre, you would be moved onto the next best service that is available to continue the remaining term.
