I was online attempting to renew my contract which expires soon. I successfully completed most of the sections and before confirmation the installation address shown was incorrect, it was my neighbours address and there was no option to change it.
My bt billing address is correct, details in my are all correct, royal mail address is ok against the postcode only this installation address is different from all the bt others. can someone help and point me in the directions of who would be able to fix this please.
