Contract

I am disabled military veteran , I have. BT Broadband BT TV BT land line.

I am needing to renew my contract, twice rung customer service, quite truthfully ,the one put before by e.mail ,just confused me and my wife. So I rung customer service to get another contract, but never got the promise e.mail 

I seldom use landline, frankly only there for emergencies. I got BT T.V but in truth seldom use it. I got BT broadband , use only a tablet. I just want a perfectly simple to understand contract. That is all I and  my wife want and need. The broadband is my escape from the world for me. I struggle terribly with my disability and PTSD so broadband allows me to chat to former service mates
