Current Fibre not available on contract renewal

Hi, I've recently been sent a letter from BT that my contract is ending soon for my Fibre Broadband. I've logged on to see what new options are avaialble, and if I renew, my speed will go from 54mb to 13mb - my current level of fibre broadband is no longer available and I can only have none fibre options.

I presume the nearest cab is full which is why it cannot show fibre?

If you renew your contract, nothing will happen to your speed.

Are they offering a good price for renewing?

I've been out of a fixed contract for a while now and had no offers that better the price I have now so staying that way.
