Been trying for 5 days to get through to customer service. Initially, I was just going to move my broadband to my new house but after 5 days of phoning up to 3 times a day then waiting for 2 hours to be cut off I now just want to cancel my broadband.
To make it even worse, I logged a complaint yesterday just to get an email this morning my complaint was dealt with, and the complaint is now closed.
Can somebody tell me how to cancel my broadband if nobody answer the phone?
if your fixed term contract has expired then just select your new ISP and they will do the rest if still in fixed term then there will be cancellation fees for terminating early
Bear in mind BT have been on strike 30/31 August
