have been a bt customer now for many years and have never received such poor customer service.
I have been trying to renew my subscription for about a month now with no success. I have spent hours on the phone, being pasted piler to post. Always ending the conversation we will phone back in a few days and never receiving a call. I have been told there is an error on my account which won't allow renew or upgrade. I have noticed on your community page that many other people have had this problem. No one seems interested in resolving this issue which I find disgusting.
I have noticed other people with similar problems, anyone know how to speak to someone to resolve this issue.
If I stopped paying they would contact me straight away. Feeling very frustrated
