I am looking for some help please, I have had a default put on my credit record for £14 which has been paid and account closed I tried calling yesterday to have it removed and was told to contact Experian who told me to contact you as your the one who needs to update my report and can remove the default. Really need this removed as I am in the middle of selling my home and it will effect my mortgage

The moderators are a very small team and are extremely busy. They only get involved when normal channels have failed.
Thanks - I called the 0800 800 150 and was told that the credit team will inform Clearscore that the account has been paid and remove the marker from my report and can take up to 5 weeks for it to show.
So hopefully its all sorted
