Hi, I ordered full fibre broadband on 11th October 2024. The installation date keeps being put back. The new appointment date is now 19th May 2025. If it happens that will be 220 days @ £6.10 a day compensation thats £1,342.00. Is BT really going to pay up or am I just kidding myself ?? Any similar experiences ?

I think the compensation is only paid if on the date of installation it did not happen. If the date is changed prior to that there is no compensation.

I just rung BT to ask. I was told I will be entitled to £6.24 for every delayed day due to changed appointment dates. So here's hoping
