I am trying to activate the Xbox game pass add on for my new BT account but when I sign in to MyBT, it keeps defaulting to an old, closed account and there is no way to switch to my new account.
Not only annoying for the game pass but also for managing me account. Is there a way to delete the accounts myself or is there a person/team who can resolve it for me??
