Like so many others on this forum, I have just rejoined BT after a break and now when I log in, the one that shows up is my old defunct account from a few years ago, and the drop-down menu to access the current new account does not work. Can you please delete my old account number from my BT profile please?
As an aside, being as this seems to happen to people multiple times per month (judging by the amount of the same queries on here), surely it is time for someone in your IT department to at the least make the drop down menu on your website work properly, and also to allow users to self-delete old inactive accounts? It would save you getting these queries on a weekly basis.
