Different speed packages

I have login onto my account, full fibre became available in my area, a few weeks ago it was showing me the full speeds available.

I have checked again and now this has changed , full fibre only offers me up to 74mb (which is what I'm getting now in copper)

But if I log out from account and I enter my postcode and house, it gives me the fast full fibre speeds?

why is that?

that shows FTTP is available but also says it is a business unit not residential

it's a flat above a shop, that's why it says business , same building but flats above

Does the flat have the same mail address as the shop?

no, shop is number  460, flats 460A

It also says congested duct which suggests it is not possible to install further fibre cables.

does that mean full fibre cannot be installed at my property ?
