I have received a letter regarding migration to Digital Voice and a free upgrade to Full Fibre.
I'm not sure I want the free upgrade, due to the hassle of holes being drilled and having to physically reorganise my devices. I DO want to retain the phone.
The letter does not make any reference to 'choice' in this matter.
Am I able to refuse the upgrade but still have DV and a new modem?
I currently have FTC (and I won't notice any difference with FTTP, even though it is faster.)
@techno1972 ,
Do you live in a FTTP priority area? If so then you maybe required to move to FTTP if there's a copper product stop sell in your area.

It looks like I'm ok, for now..
