Discount on phone broadband

Does bt do discount phone and broadband for people on disability benefit. We was told bt was going to introduce bt voice to my area but nothing happened yet. Still on copper wires in house

if bt does give discounts what are the costs and charges and package you can get on disability benefit

If by bt voice you mean digital voice then, if you get converted to this, it is quite likely that the phone service will still be carried over your copper wires. DV can run over either copper or fibre optic cables and, at present, the rollout of fibre optic broadband service is quite patchy, with Openreach concentrating on large cities.
