Discrepancy in address given when I go into MY BT on my account

BT confirms both it and OPENREACH have my correct address for my broadband, phone and bills.  However when I log into MY BT on the website and look under Profile then Account the address is incorrect and is a similar address to mine. This is also the same if I go into Bills and Usage and look under Bill settings.

I have raised this issue with BT a number of times in the last few weeks and as yet they have not corrected it and don’t seem to think it is a problem.

Should I be concerned ?
