Does anyone at BT understand what frustration is?

Does anyone in the upper echelons of BT understand the frustration of their loyal bill paying customers when they're trying to get access with a human being to speak with?

Friday is my day off and trying to sort BT was high on a long list of tasks to carry out.

The phone number 0330 1234 150 needs urgent attention and I suggest an actual visit to the poor person(s) who is/are supposed to be manning this number, just to check if there is/are any pulses!

Unfortunately BT is one of those companies who are happy to offer glamorous sparkly packages but when things go wrong, its impossible to EASILY get to speak to someone, crikey the man hours wasted on the punters end must be off the chart...

The ombudsman should insist a minimum number of customer service advisors and the times they are available is published prominently on all service industry websites...so punters can have an idea of the back up available (or lack of it)...get it sorted BT you make millions a year, maybe employ some extra staff, just a thought.

Rant over...

PS the phone number is still busy...
